My sessions with Hilary are the highlight of my week. When I leave I feel so much better than when I came in. She is very knowledgeable about what is helpful and will work for you. Her studio is very peaceful and comforting. I can’t say enough positive things about how she has helped me.

One on One with Hilary is great!! She really knows her stuff and can focus on any issue you throw at her. As needed, she has props to accommodate and assist throughout your session. Can’t imagine anyone more caring, gentle and knowledgeable.
